Trackemin is a Mac-only application that turns your laptop trackpad into a polyphonic theremin. Apple’s Magic Trackpad is also supported.
Each finger on the trackpad controls the frequency, amplitude, and panning of an oscillator through the diameter, angle, and position of its touch. Up to four-voice polyphony can be achieved. There are additional audio controls for master volume and reverb.
The video portion of the application is also controlled by finger position on the trackpad. There are built-in presets and controls for video background color, as well as an option to view in full screen mode.
